Burr School Directory Entry Form


Hello! Welcome to the new online form to submit information for the Burr School Directory. If a field has a red * next to it, then the field is required. You can leave all other fields blank that do not apply, are redundant, or that you do NOT want published in the Directory. If you would not like your email published in the directory, check the appropriate checkbox. If you have more than one child at Burr School, you can enter all of them in this form. If there are no changes from last year, check the appropriate checkbox. If you would like to resubmit the information, simply hit the "back" button on your browser, fix the entry and resubmit.

The information is emailed directly to the manager of the Burr School Directory and is not saved on the server. Please note that this information is NOT used for emergency contact - that must be submitted to the school directly via the forms that you receive in your folders.
