We are proud to feature some of the latest and greatest artistic creations from the Wolf "pack," as curated by our very own Ms. Marksteiner! Check back often for new and exciting works.
(Note: Scroll on top of the image to reveal the artist behind each piece. If you're viewing on a mobile device, click on the image to scroll through all of them.)
Visit the complete Burr Art Gallery on Artsonia, and order custom gifts with your child's artwork on it. Proceeds benefit the art department at Burr School!
Check out some of the latest and greatest books that our very own Wolves are reading (and loving) right now. Want to add a book to the site? Click on the link below, and complete a book recommendation form. Once we get enough student recommendations, we will break this section out by grade level!
Now Read This!
by J.K. Rowling "Harry Potter blows all other books out of the water. It is by far my favorite series ever. It is a good book for ages 8 and older. Something I like about the book is that in a new book, the author, J.K. Rowling, always reminds you what has happened in the last book. It is also really exciting because the author always makes you wait for the whole point of the book until the end of the story." - Meghan D., 4th grade
RECIPES INSPIRED BY AMERICA'S BASEBALL STADIUMS by Katrina Jorgensen "It's a cookbook from major league baseball. I like it because it has all of the recipes you need and they are really yummy." Eli H., 1st grade
by Oliver Jeffers "I like that the boy always throws things up into the tree. It's really funny and makes me laugh." Hanna B., 1st grade
